I’m Andrea, a speaker and educator passionate about helping create environments where every person feels seen, valued, and heard.

Leadership is more than a title or position, and every person has great potential to be an effective leader. The trials of leading and building a team in an unhealthy work environment and culture catapulted my own growth and desire to lead well. Through that hard season, my leadership was refined, strengthened, and polished, and I am forever grateful.

As a speaker I offer leadership insights and encouragement by sharing my own experiences–the good, the bad, and the ugly. Leadership is not simply about gaining skills and strategies, but learning to leverage the strengths and gifts of others, (ourselves included), in order to create teams and environments that allow everyone to flourish. The greatest leaders lead from a place of values, trust, and putting people first.

With a focus on leadership development and team building, I also provide interactive and fully customizable workshops using the tool of the Enneagram, helping teams improve qualities like communication, cooperation, and compassion.
